The silken feel and discreet sweetness beautifully reinforce the succulence of fruit, while bright citricity and pronounced salinity trigger salivation. The lusciously and brightly lingering, consummately refreshing finish is transparent to floral and green herbal nuances as well as hints of coriander seed and iris root. Keller associates the “precision and salinity” of this wine with the whitest limestone and least topsoil sec-tion of Kirchspiel.
